Though it may seem hard to believe, it’s been almost a full year sincePatrick Dempsey was crowned PEOPLE’s Sexiest Man Alive of 2023and the time has almost come for him to pass the crown on to another equally sexy man to begin his reign. (Although if you ask past Sexiest Man Alive winners, many will say that you nevertrulygive up the title.)
