T.I.made a decision about performing live, which is “about the money.“On Thursday, Oct. 10, the rapper, 44 — alongside Young Dro — sat down with96.1 The Beat’s afternoon showwhere the station’s Jingle Ball holiday concert in Atlanta on Dec. 19 came up.T.I. is set to headline the gig, which will also featureSaweetie,Sexyy Red,The Kid LAROI, Khalid andTinashe, but it may be his final performance.“I appreciate y’all for offering me my last working gig because I do not need the money anymore and I will not be performing,” he said during the conversation. “I don’t want to do it anymore…I don’t want people to pay me to hop around and sweat for their entertainment anymore.”The “Shoulder Lean” artist, 45, then teased he would be taking on the concerts the “Live Your Life” artist doesn’t want. “I will be picking up all of Tip’s shows that he ain’t going to.
