She continued to show the routine she’s been using to get her stomach back to being “flat flat.”

She said she hasn’t been able to workout yet, because, “I ended up tearing. So, during the labor and I pushed her out, I tore. I have stitches down there, so I think I’m going to wait another week or two before I start doing anything strenuous on my body.”
